At Scholars we support and encourage one another as we help our students grow both spiritually and academically. Our Admin Team is dedicated to working diligently behind the scenes so our teachers can focus on what truly matters: fostering a love of learning across various subjects, building students' confidence, and guiding them as they face and overcome challenges. The Gatekeeper is crucial to maintaining security on campus and is a fun position to build relationships with students. The gatekeeper monitors the main entrance and hallways, the arrival and departure of students and occasionally will be asked to help with light administrative tasks. Gatekeepers can work Tuesday, Thursday or both days.

The Campus Coordinator serves as the right hand to the Director. He or she builds relationships with the students, serves as a role model for Christian behavior and assists with numerous administrative tasks including communications, social media, planning and student discipline. The Campus Coordinator is ministry-minded, proficient in Canva, a good communicator and self-driven. He or she works on campus both Tuesdays and Thursdays and assists with occasional after hours events such as local expos, Open House and orientations.
